What are shipping times?
Domestic standard 3-5 business days, domestic priority 2 business days,
International standard 7-10 business days, International priority (where available) 3 business days via DHL.
How can I tell what model I have?
If you still have your box the back will say V10_ which will indicate your model number. If you don’t have your box anymore please email support@example.com with a photo of the back of your camera and order number so we can assist further.
How do we install and customize filters?
TheCamp Classic(vintage) filter comes pre-installed. If you want to try something new, we’ve got a variety of downloadable filters—or you can create your own.
